Shipping, Cancellations, refunds, Return & Replacements

SwingKart.com is a Multi-Vendor Cross Marketing Digital Retail Platform with multiple verified retailers and service providers selling multiple products and services from India.

When you have ordered online at: swingkart.com, Merchants will be shipping the products directly from their warehouse to you within 1-3 business days.

Each Merchant (Product Retailers & Service Providers) has its own return policy which is based on the Products and Services.

Return & Replacements:

Items within return window and in stock (exact same item) with same seller are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

Item received is physically damaged;
Item received has missing parts or accessories;
Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on swingkart.com or Item received is defective/does not work properly.

If you have received a faulty product or damaged product during transit, please inform the respective retailer for the necessary replacements.

Shipping

Shipping usually take 1-3 business days via Fedex, DTDC, Speed Post, E-Com Express.

Cancellation

Once you have ordered any product at Swingkart.com, if the product are yet to be shipped by the retailers, you can cancel the Order within 24 hours of Bookings. You can raise the cancellations via My Order Tab which is available in Customer Dashboard.

Products which are already in transit, cancellation terms are not applicable.

Refunds

Refunds usually take 5-9 business days via Paytm Payment Gateway Refund and FSS Pay Gateway.

For any reasons, if we’re not able to refund using the Payment Gateway, we will manually IMPS or NEFT the Funds to the Customer Bank Accounts.
