Once you have purchased ‘any’ product from ‘any’ retailer, your fund remains safe with us. Once when the ‘Product’ is delivered to you, we clear the funds for the respective retailers or if the ‘Product’ isn’t delivered to you, we refund in 5-7 Business Days.
If you come across the following instances, you need to notify us or the retailers on the date of delivery:
- You have received damaged goods, you are requested to inform us or the retailer on the same date of delivery.
- T-Shirt Size doesn’t fit, you are requested to inform us or the retailer on the same date of delivery. Retailers will exchange (On availability of Stock) with a reverse pickup of the delivered products. If he isn’t able to organize an exchange of the material, you will receive the funds within 5-7 business days from the date of delivery.
- Colour doesn’t match, you are requested to inform us or the retailer on the same date of delivery. Retailer will check and update you.
